Obtained from Roggianella olives, a typical variety of the northern part of Calabria (Italy)

Colour: light green

Taste: hot and bitter with a hint of almond and aromatic herbs

Bottiglia di olio extra vergine

Aroma: herboceous and artichoke

Recommended uses: used by some of the top chefs we supply in Italy. It can also accompany cakes such as apple pie or choccolate mousse.

Oil yield: 20% - 20kg of olive oil from 100kg of olives

Format: 0.25 lt.; 0.50 lt., 0.75 lt. bottles and 3 lt. / 5 lt. tin cans
