“La Foresta” Ottobratica Mono varietal

Obtained from Ottobratica olives, typical variety of the Aspromonte Mountain area in the southern part of Calabria (Italy)

Colour: intense green

Bottiglia di olio extra vergine

Taste: hot and bitter, well-balanced with a grassy hint

Aroma: herbaceus with a hint of apple and banana

Recommended uses: for richer dishes such as vegetables soups, mature cheeses, red meat and mushrooms

Oil yield: 9% - 9kg of olive oil from 100kg of olives

Format: 0.25 lt.; 0.50 lt., 0.75 lt. bottles and 3 lt. / 5 lt. tin cans
